IdeaList
IdeaList is a versatile shareware printing tool which offers awesome control over any printer to print out ASCII text in a variety of formats.
IdeaList runs as a program or desktop accessory (ideally suited for use as the external printing module with Thing) and takes advantage of your existing GDOS, SpeedoGDOS or NVDI installation, where available. Used together with one of IdeaList's IXA printer configuration files superb printed output using any available font and point size can be generated from any ASCII, First Word Plus or RTF format file in a preset number of columns.
Features
- Up to ten different fonts and sizes and two text attributes selectable.
- Text can be printed in up to 9 columns, IdeaList automatically formats the text.
- Lines which are too long are automatically broken at word boundaries.
- Separate output of front and back pages.
- Optional output sorted in reverse order.
- Editable header/footer; this can optionally show the filename, its date, or the present date or time, page number and many other options...
- All margins are individually adjustable.

- EMail text attributes, *bold*, _underlined_ /italic/...) can be converted into 'real' attributes your printer can output.

- Page selection and number of copies options.
- 'Raw modes' to print Bold and Underline with printers that cannot normally do this.
System requirements
IdeaList runs with all versions of TOS and in any resolution mode with a minimum of 80 x 25 characters. IdeaList requires around 390Kb memory, for GDOS output more memory is temporarily allocated, depending on how many fonts you have installed.
