Conquest of Elysium (CoE)
Conquest of Elysium is a brand new Shareware fantasy game for the Atari
Falcon. You and (optionally) up to 8 other players take control of a
powerful warlord or wizard in a struggle for total control of the
continent.
There are around 300 different monsters in the game, so you'll have to be dedicated to see them all!
System requirements
CoE runs in true colour and requires 4Mb memory a TV, RGB or VGA colour monitor. CoE takes advantage of virtual memory, where available, and runs under MultiTOS without freezing out other programs.
The Characters
There are 17 character classes each with different strengths and weaknesses, here's some examples:- Barbarians may lead many powerful men but they don't have the technology to build war machines and are vunerable to magic.
- Demonologists collect human sacrifices and use them to bind the demons he can summon -but unless there are enough sacrifices the powerful demons can turn and attack their summoner!
- Enchanters have the ability to animate non-living things using resources ranging from a silver sword for the creation of a living sword to a complete mine -to create a powerful iron Golem.
- Necromancers can raise the dead to join an army of undeads, but becomes more insane after every resurrection!
